The most glamorous of timbers, Teak (Tectona Grandis) is the quintessential British garden furniture timber. Because the natural richness of oleoresin in teak, unlike other common hardwoods, repels the detrimental effects of the weather and prevents warping, splitting and cracking. This natural oil also precludes the need for manufactured oils or varnish and leads to teak’s overriding suitability for long-term outdoor use. Teak can be washed and oiled or simply left alone to go a spectacular silver grey. Either way this Neptune teak range will enhace the glamour of your garden.
